An Eight Week
Program for Campers Entering 10th Grade
Spring Lake
Day Camp has designed a Leadership Training Program to meet the
individual needs of boys and girls entering 10th grade as of
September.
Our combination work-camp-trip program enhances the camper's
summer by exposing them to every aspect of camping life. LTP
trainees work for part of the day and follow their own program for
the other part of the day with their supervisor.
We believe this program will cultivate leadership skills and
enable LTP graduates to assume the responsibilities of a staff
member the following summer. Spring Lake is dedicated to building
a responsible staff from within its camper population.
